For SAP, led change management and training efforts to transition a global telecommunication company’s finance and procurement systems.  This included conducting numerous assessments (readiness, stakeholders, change impact) and developing and implementing a communication strategy that covered 14 markets across the US,  Latin America and the Caribbean.

Learning Solutions

For Chemonics and US SouthCom, trained 40 staff of El Salvador’s government via a two-week simulation on how to stand-up and operate an Emergency Operation Center for natural disasters. Participants where guided through a mock-earthquake scenario and had to establish a command center, mobilize staff to diverse emergency response roles, and manage the event by providing priority services to priority sectors of the population.

AFRICA

Strategy and Execution

Worked with 250 local and ex-pat US Government staff in 5 countries across North and Sub-Saharan Africa to design and execute country development strategies, each with a strong emphasis on Global Health. Conducted market assessments, SWOT, balanced 

scorecards, strategy mapping and blue ocean techniques to support strategy design. Also weaved in communication and measurement frameworks to bolster execution and organizational learning.

Effectiveness

Partnered with USAID leadership to design and deliver a 3-day retreat for 55 staff to clarify purpose, roles, and strategy in Kosovo. Provided individual coaching to mid-level managers to support and improve practices. And, facilitated a results framework that served as the basis of an organizational effectiveness strategy to allow USAID/Kosovo to better manage for results.

ASIA

Assessments & Analytics

 

For Impaq International and USDOL, conducted a performance evaluation on a project aiming to best use a management information system to improve labor conditions and adherence to laws. Carried out organizational assessments on the International Labor Organization and the Philippine government to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of implementation, financial management and ability to measure, learn and adapt.
